Shipping & Tracking

Processing Time
All the order will need 2-7 business days for preparation and package, not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.)
Shipping Time
A shipment usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
Shipping Method
We choose reliable logistics providers like DHL, USPS, UPS, and YunExpress to fulfill your order. Available shipping methods may vary for different types of products and shipping destinations. Once shipping is confirmed, it will be set for pickup by the carrier.

About Tax
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please contact us via email at [email protected] immediately to avoid being charged for shipping both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. See Risk of Loss (below) for additional information.     
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.
Shipping Notice
When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
For special shipping requests, please contact CovetLane support team. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact CovetLane support team in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. CovetLane orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
